Ryan Giggs’s father was black, even Giggs’s appearance may have tricked you. He even spoke publicly about his Caribbean ancestry. Surprised? Yeah, us too when we first found out about it. Maybe Giggs can join Captain Jack Sparrow’s crew after he retired from football.
Yes, you are looking at Messi’s favorite food, alfajores, now. How much he loves it? Oh, his mother needs to bring boxes and boxes of this to Spain whenever she visits. And..when Messi was little, a coach promised him an alfajor for every goal he scored, guess how many he scored in that game? Eight!

Apart from football, we see our players also interested in many other sports, like tennis, basketball, and so on. Do you know which tennis player has the most footballer followers? The Williams, and sorry Venus, but Serena has more followers, only a few players followed both of them. But of course, a lot of our English players follow Andy Murray too. Sad to say that only a few footballers follow our new Wimbledon Open champion, Novak Djokovic. Favorite basketball player? Wanna guess? The winner goes to…Steve Nash. LeBron James has quite a number of fans too. ;)
On the other hand, do you know a lot of actor/actress love football too? Want to know their favorite team? Here you go. Jude Law is a huge Tottenham fan. Hugh Grant supports Fulham and he used to be the groundsman of Craven Cottage. Elijah Wood, who acted in the film Green Street Hooligans, Keira Knightley and Russell Brand are all West Ham fans.
Last but not least, if you haven’t heard about this yet, David Villa is a part-time singer. :D We are serious, he recorded a song with Ana Torroja to promote the right for education for children in Mali. He has a good heart and good voice too. Hear the song from the video below!
I see you saved your best for the last haha
