We are sure this is a bittersweet moment to a lot of people, the longest transfer saga has finally came to an end. For those who had followed the news closely must have this mixed feeling, wanted Fabregas to go back home, at the same time hoped he could stay in Arsenal.

Although we are not fans of either clubs, somehow it is just heartbreaking to see the progress of the transfer. It wasn’t about money, it is just a player who simply want to go back home. Of course, we can also understand how much Arsenal wanted to keep him, how much Arsene Wenger wanted him to stay. But as his heart no long with the club, it is better to let him leave, and ended the pain of everyone. We are sure Fabregas will always remember what Arsenal had given him in this 8 years, like what he said on Twitter.

It is really sweet for him to say all these words, thanking his ex teammates and everything. Sure every gunner will remember him dearly. Now that Fabregas is gone, van Persie will officially take over his armband. We believe Captain Persie will do just fine. And after all these hard works and dramas, Fabregas is finally back to where he belongs. We wish him all the best!
