Mong Kok stadium was very busy last week, hosted plenty of big games, including this one on Saturday, JC Sun Hei vs TSW Pegasus.

Home team Sun Hei scored an early goal at just second minute into the game, goal scorer was Gerard. Both teams were testing water and no one managed to score another goal at 1st half, so the scoreline remained 1-0 as it reached half time. However, Sun Hei’s nightmare began at the 2nd half.

At 47 min, Godfred scored the equalizer when Sun Hei’s keeper couldn’t catch the ball and it came to him. Later, Kilama was sent off by a direct red at 64 min, Sun Hei was then one man down, and penalty was given to Pegasus. Cheung Kin Fung scored the penalty and made it 2-1 for Pegasus. And no, the nightmare wasn’t over for Sun Hei yet. Milovanovic, who only came on at 73 min, received his second yellow at 79 min, and was forced to leave the pitch after played for less than 6 minutes. Sun Hei was down to 9 men. Their defense nearly collapse with just 9 men on the field and lost another goal at 82 min, scored by Carrijo. The match ended at 1-3. With this 3 points, Pegasus is still at the top of league table, and became the winner of the first half of this season.

Although many people doubt the referee’s decisions, we are not going to comment on it. Pegasus won this game for obvious reasons and managed to stay at the top of the table, but if they want to maintain their position, more work must be done at the front, their forwards need to work on their finishing and play better as a team, in order to stay on the winning track. Pegasus scored 3 goals in this game, but wasted quite a few chances too. Sun Hei on the other hand, did okay but as they were outnumbered, their tactics couldn’t work and lost all 3 points in the end.
