Sorry for the late update as we had a busy week. Real Madrid confirms to be the Champion of this season’s La Liga, but in Premier League, and Hong Kong League, chances are there for a huge turnover at the very last game. Both Manchester teams have 86 points; Kitchee and TSW Pegasus are just 1 point apart. So…Will there be a huge turn over? Or will City and Kitchee end up keeping their lead? We will find out soon enough.

In La Liga…

After Barcelona dominating the league for quite a number of seasons, Real Madrid finally managed to take the champion from Barca’s hand. With 7 points apart, Real Madrid confirms winning the champion last week, while Racing Santander has confirmed their relegation.

In EPL…

Last game of the season will play on the coming Sunday, with Manchester United facing Sunderland and Manchester City going against QPR. Now both teams have 86 points, but City is leading the table as they have better score in goal difference, 8 points more than United. It will be an important battle for both City and QPR as one needs to fight for champion and one needs to win to escape relegation. On the other hand, 3 points look easier for United as Sunderland has nothing to fight for.

Blackburn and Wolverhamton has confirmed relegation. Now is up to the last game to decide whether QPR or Bolton will join them. Bolton will play Stoke on Sunday.

In Hong Kong League…

Although Kitchee won the game against Tuen Mun last week, TSW Pegasus trashed Tai Po to stand a chance in winning the league champion.

Pegasus will play Sun Hei at home on 18th May. It will be their last league game and they must win to keep their chance in winning the champion. Kitchee will play Rangers on 20th May.

More news on Euro 2012 next week, as the national teams will start to release their squad lists.
